What do we do?
C4 Management Group, LLC is a virtual call center offering customer service contracts to contractors who want to work at home and earn extra revenue. We do not partner with contractors who live in the following states
MD, CA, NY, WI, CT, OR, MA
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
How Does It Work?
Arise provides a technology platform for small call-center businesses which allows agents access to Fortune 500 clients offering contracts in the sales, technical and customer support departments. Contractor's who partner with call centers using Arise can select the client they would like to service and make their own schedule. Arise only partners with Fortune 500 Clients.

How do I register With Your Call Center?
You can start by creating a profile with Arise. Once you complete your profile you'll be asked to select a call center from the list or enter a call center company ID. You'll need to enter 105312 then click the magnifying glass. C4 Management Group, LLC will populate then you will send us a request to join our call center. Once we receive your request one of our staff members will follow up to help you start the process.
What Happens After I Complete The Registration?
Our call-center provides a list of Fortune 500 clients to choose from. Once you select a client you'll go through a quick online qualification process. This process includes a voice assessment, technical check, and language assessment. Once you've successfully completed the steps you can enroll in our online training class to get you prepared for your first call.

Computer
A laptop or desktop is required to work from home. 17" monitors or larger is recommended. Laptops must be hardwired using an Ethernet cord. All computers must meet Arise's standard system requirements. Laptops without an Ethernet port and all-in-one computers are not compatible with come clients. Ethernet adapters are not compatible with some clients.

USB Headset
All agents must complete an online certification course before taking customer calls. A headset with USB and mic will be required during certification.

Call Center Phone
After your online certification class is complete you will be ready to take your first call. You must have a call center phone with a headset and dial pad.

What is a Virtual Call Center?A virtual call center involves representatives who answer and monitor calls from their home office instead of being in the same geographical location as each other, or as the business. What is a Fortune 500 Company?The Fortune 500 is an annual list compiled and published by Fortune magazine that ranks 500 of the largest United States corporations by total revenue for their respective fiscal years. The list includes publicly held companies, along with privately held companies for which revenues are publicly available.

How Can I Register With Your Virtual Call Center?To get started, create a profile by clicking Register with Arise at the top of this page. Once you have completed your profile, you will have the option to register as an agent. Next, enter call center IB ID 2126670 You will wait for one of our staff members to follow up with you by email. Waiting time is less than 24 hours.

Can I have another job while I provide services for Arise clients?Of course, you can. You may wish to do this part time or full time. You are welcome to have another full-time job or a part-time job to supplement this.

What does the work involve?This is not telemarketing there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the client's phone systems to your phone at your house. You will have the option to work in billing, sales or the tech department. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the clients proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) and high-speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call. Simple right?

What industries and clients will I service?Our contracted companies include e-Commerce, Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare, and Automotive. Also, there are many top brands that consumers interact with on a daily basis.

I want to do this full-time. Can this be competitive to a full-time job?The simple answer is, yes it can. You have the ability to earn anywhere from $9 an hour to $15 an hour depending on the client you choose to service. You will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based on your performance. Once your background check is completed you will receive instructions on how to select a client, complete the voice assessment and the pre-assessment. Once you are qualified, you will enroll in their online training class.

Do I get paid for training?You will start earning revenue in training class when taking live practice calls. This is typically the second week of training. Once you have successfully completed training, you will start selecting your full schedule.

Do I have to be a US citizen or and live in The United States?Yes. You must live in The United States and be a United States citizen. You must speak English, however, you are allowed to know multiple languages as long as English is the primary language.

Why is a background check required and what are the deciding factors to continue with the process?Both Arise and our clients have high standards. Client Support Professionals (CSPs) provides customer support services for each client and has access to confidential information; therefore a background check is required to ensure that each potential CSP’s identity is confirmed and free from criminal history. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.

Will I be your employee?Our team members, or CSP's, are independent contractors of C4 Management, LLC You will receive 1099 for your prior year's compensation. You must pay all of your own taxes. There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor. Check with your local tax advisor for more information regarding tax perks.

How will I be paid?You will be paid on the 15th and last day of each month via direct deposit.

How many hours can I work and how much money can I make?As much as you want. All of the clients have a minimum hour requirement which is usually 15 or 20 hours. You must work that to continue servicing that client. There are clients that have a weekly cap of 100 hours so if you're making on average $15.00 an hour times 100 hours you would earn $1,500 in a week. On the other hand, if you work 15 hours and make $15.00 you would earn $225 that week. It is totally up to you.

How long will it take before I can start earning money?You will need to complete the admissions process, which can take as little as one day or as long as a week depending on how quickly you move through the steps. Once you pick your client, all that is left is your training and then you are earning money. The length of the training course varies with each client, so you will be able to find one to suit your needs.
